Overview
Scope of the Role:
Famalco is looking to engage the services of a full-time and qualified Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities;
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand;
- Provide support to the senior leadership team in ongoing forecasting, management, and strategic business planning;
- Analyze trends and metrics and recommend improvements;
- Nurturing and developing relationships with key clients and partners;
- Maintain existing business.
Requirements:
- A degree and/or equivalent in Business Management;
- Proven work experience in a similar role;
- Analytical and goal-oriented;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
- Focused and goal-oriented;
- Ability to think and act strategically.
