Duties

  • Dealing with customers face to face and via the telephone
  • Good attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as use own initiative
  • To maintain and display excellent knowledge of local area
  • Opening and closing rental’s
  • Handling vehicle reservations
  • Checking vehicles before and after rental
  • General administration

Requirements

  • Have previous customer service and/or administrative experience
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Have sound I.T skills
  • Be flexible, organised and able to prioritise
  • You must hold a full driving licence
