Scope of the Role:
Coldwell Banker® is the oldest and most established residential real estate franchise system in North America, and it is known as one of the most innovative, forward-thinking real estate brands today. Over a century after its inception, the franchise has expanded to Malta and is now looking for a Deputy General Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Deputise for the general manager in managing the brand;
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Help manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Phone etiquette;
- Organizational skills;
- Strong computer skills;
- Verbal/written communication skills;
- Be able to provide consistent follow up;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar and English language skills;
- Report to company Owners/Executives and achieve pre-set targets;
- Able to envision methods to make improvements and implement change for positive results;
- Self-motivated;
- Possesses knowledge on the property market.
