Overview
Scope of the Role:
Famalco is looking to engage the services of a full-time and qualified HR Business Partner to form part of its HR Department. The selected candidate will report directly to the Group Head – HR Development of Famalco Group. The responsibilities include consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance, analyzing trends and metrics within the HR department, supporting the management team in recruitment and training needs, and resolving complex employee relations issues. The selected candidate will communicate with the senior leadership team to express new ideas and suggest solutions within the framework of the Famalco culture and budget allocations.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance;
- Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department;
- Resolve employee-related issues;
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;
- Provide HR policy guidance;
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals;
- Evaluate training programs;
- Suggest new HR approaches and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Analytical and goal-oriented;
- Good knowledge of employment legislation;
- A degree and/or equivalent in HR Management;
- Good understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
