Human Resources Administrator Job in Malta.

Scope of the Role:

FHC Limited forms part of Famalco, a diversified and dynamic organization. It is currently seeking to recruit an HR Office Assistant to assist the HR department. The ideal candidate must be an organized and meticulous individual with experience in work permit applications and sound knowledge of employment law.


  • Assisting the office administrator with the day-to-day operations;
  • Apply for work permits and chase employees for any missing documents;
  • Assisting with the onboarding process;
  • Maintaining employee records, including updating information, and tracking attendance;
  • Assisting the HR Manager with any day-to-day requirements as requested.


  • O Level Standard of education;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills;
  • Good command of English and Maltese language;
  • Some prior experience working in an office ideally with HR experience;
  • Ability to maintain professionalism working in a fast-paced environment.
