Overview
Scope of the Role:
As a Shift Leader one will undertake a variety of duties with the pizza delivery chain. Most of the time a Shift Leader will assist with the handling of the stores operations.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a team to success;
- Monitoring the inventory on daily basis;
- Coach and support other team members;
- Maintain product levels appropriately;
- Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness;
- Other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a secondary level education qualification;
- Previous experience in food and beverage in a similar position;
- Qualified in Business Catering Administration;
- Knowledge of the English language;
- Good Communication skills;
- Computer knowledge including MS Office, Windows, and Internet.
