Overview
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day graphic design
- Assist with large-format printing and production.
- Help with finishing when required
- Operate and maintain print and bindery equipment (e.g., large-format printers, cutters, laminators).
- Proofread text, check colour accuracy, and review test prints before full production runs to minimize errors.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, inventory for printing supplies, and project archives.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the print production process, including paper stocks, finishes, and different printing methods.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education & Portfolio: A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, alongside a portfolio showcasing print and digital projects.
