FIRST INTERVIEW
The next stage involves you being invited for the first interview either virtually or face to face at our offices. For this stage of the process, we recommend doing some research into Famalco and the area you want to work in. This is your chance to show us how much you want to work for Famalco. Come prepared with any questions you want to ask us – it is also your opportunity to interview us.
SHORTLISTING
After the first interviews are conducted, HR and senior management will shortlist preferred candidates and schedule second interviews.
SECOND INTERVIEW
If selected you will be invited to a second interview, either online or face to face.
DECISION
You will be notified if you have been successful. If you were, we’ll then send you the appropriate documentation you’ll need to complete to begin your career with us. If you were unsuccessful you will be notified by email.
